Obioma Onyema is a co-founder of Capstone Advisors with nearly two decades of experience in public and private corporate accounting. Obioma began his career at a big four accounting firm where he served clients across multiple industries. He subsequently joined one of the world’s largest asset managers where he gained deep knowledge of the real estate industry. Obioma earned his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and his master’s in accounting from the University of North Carolina. 

Magnus Carrena is a Co-Founder of Capstone Advisors, helping businesses and real estate firms transform their accounting functions into strategic assets. With over a decade of experience, he delivers tailored solutions that improve financial visibility, strengthen controls, and drive operational efficiency. Known for his hands-on approach and results-driven mindset, Magnus specializes in GAAP reporting, financial close optimization, and scalable accounting processes. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. John’s University.
